We are seeking a energetic Sales Representative to increase sales by establishing and growing relationships with new and existing customers, identifying new opportunities and following up on potential leads. The Sales Representative will follow industry trends to identify emerging markets and new business opportunities, and to develop and execute plans in those markets to expand revenue.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Maximize sales revenue and meet corporate objectives
• Research accounts, generate and follow through sales leads
• Assess customer’s needs and capacity for growth while building productive, long-lasting relationships
• Prospect for New Business Opportunities (NBO)
• Manage customer quotes and track through the entire sales cycle
• Understand and articulate company’s value proposition to potential customers
• Attending tradeshows, sales training and industry conferences to keep abreast of the latest developments

Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Minimum five years of successful sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Self-motivated, driven, optimistic and a “team player”
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills
• Adept in both inside and outside sales environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Competent computer skills including CRM sales tools
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• BA / BS degree or equivalent

This position requires approximately 25 – 50% travel
