We have an immediate position available for Process Engineer with a minimum of 5 years production environment experience. Candidate must be a proactive person with excellent attention to detail.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and customer contract requirements, and related specifications.
- Making recommendations that improve part performance and manufacturability
- Serving as a liaison between Engineering and Operations to review quotes, new business opportunities and to ensuring the organization responds to issues promptly.
- Managing projects from start to finish and supplying project timelines.
- Issuing timely project updates
- Participating in continuous improvement teams for systems, procedures, and training.
- Troubleshoot existing issues from process control and tooling to product quality
- Development, evaluation, and improvement of manufacturing methods.
- Estimate production times and related costs to provide information for management decisions.
- Transition products from product development to production.
- Oversee manufacture of products and process optimization.

- Candidate must have strong organizational skills with the ability to work as a member of the Project team.
- Good communication skills are essential; will interact with various levels internally as well as with customer, suppliers and A&E’s.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in engineering from four-year College or university, and 5 to 7 years of related experience and or training.
- 5-8 years of experience in a production environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to manage personnel on site
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay organized and multi-task
