This role supports a busy global marketing department in the development, coordination and implementation of all marketing, advertising and sales campaigns. The Marketing Coordinator will assist the Marketing and Sales Teams with integrated marketing communication projects, create and maintain promotional materials, increase brand awareness through advertising and social media, work with external vendors in the planning of meetings and trade shows, arrange proposals and presentations for the Department, prepare status reports, maintain databases, and perform department administrative tasks and other duties as needed.

The Marketing Coordinator must have advanced knowledge of current graphic design software programs to create and maintain packaging design and sales support tools, including graphic art and visual materials for promotions, advertisements, films, packaging, and informative material, through a variety of media outlets.

Marketing Coordinator’s Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field
  • 2-4 years professional experience in design, marketing, product management or similar role
  • Competency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) is REQUIRED
  • Proficiency with MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher) is REQUIRED
  • Experience using the following software is strongly preferred: AutoCAD, WordPress, Mail Chimp and Constant Contact
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
  • Possess strong analytical skills to analyze data metrics and create reports for senior management
  • Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Marketing Coordinator’s Essential Functions:

  • Support the Marketing Department in the creation and design of all external and internal marketing communications
  • Assist in general planning, market research, trade show preparation and coordination, and other marketing projects as they arise
  • Create and edit graphic elements (photos, logos, themes, etc.) for use in all company marketing communication, advertising and branding efforts
  • Explore and conceptualize design options and solutions including research, ideation, prototyping, iteration, and presentation
  • Manage production of various ongoing projects from design phase through delivery, including sales and marketing literature, print and online advertisements, PowerPoint presentations and internal documents, ensuring deadlines are met with efficiency
  • Organize and maintain the marketing materials library to ensure graphics, photos, sales collateral, and technical documents stay up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Create technical drawings for the sales and engineering departments on a weekly basis using computer-aided drafting software (AutoCAD)
  • Assist Management in all Departments with various graphic design and administrative projects as needed
