Full Time:
2nd shift: 3:00 p.m. – 11:15 p.m.
3rd shift: 11:00 p.m. to 7:15 a.m.
We are looking for machine operators to grow with our company on 2nd & 3rd shifts:
- Entry level: 1 to 2 years of experience
- Intermediate: 3 to 5 years
- Mid-level: 6 to 8 years
- Senior level: 9+ years
Level of experience will determine your machine placement. Must be dependable, on time & hard working!
Skills Required:
- Willingness to learn and work hard with reliability & attention to detail
- Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment
- Must have mechanical ability with knowledge in the use of various hand & electrical power tools
- Basic math with the ability to read & use measuring tools (measuring tape, caliper, etc.)
- Ability to communicate well, verbal & written in English, listening and taking instruction critical
- Physical ability and stamina
Physical Demands:
- On feet for most of the work hours
- Lifting up to about 70 pounds
- Moving heavy weight material; such as wire mesh rolls
- Repetitive hand motion, along with pushing, pulling, turning, twisting, and bending
Daily Responsibilities:
- Maintain work area and equipment in clean, safe and orderly condition
- Follow prescribed safety rules and regulations along with maintaining quality standards
