Establish marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Plan, organize and direct the market research and development plans. Oversee all marketing, advertising, and activities. Direct the development of advertising and promotional programs.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize promotional events at trade shows and other venues, ensuring prompt delivery of materials and merchandise.
  • Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to support sales and revenue objectives.
  • Plan and review all marketing collateral, web content, promotional products, and public relation material.
  • Manage graphic design efforts.
  • Ensure all advertisements meet federal and state requirements as well as company guidelines.
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
  • Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
  • Implement, execute, and manage all outbound direct response activities, including email, telemarketing, flyers, websites, tradeshow items, and promotional products.
  • Review marketing collateral including flyers, mailers, newspaper, radio, television, magazines, postcards, company websites, social media, press releases and promotional products.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the marketing support.
  • Coordinates with Corporate Communications Director to ensure marketing and public affairs plans are synchronized.

  • Ability to travel.

Education & Experience:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years in marketing and promotion.
