We are seeking an energetic Account Executive to service the Marine or Agricultural industry.

The Account Executive will increase sales by establishing and growing relationships with new and existing customers, identifying new opportunities and following up on potential leads.

The Account Executive will follow industry trends to identify emerging markets and new business opportunities, and to develop and execute plans in those markets to expand revenue.

Account Executive Responsibilities:

• Maximize sales revenue and meet corporate objectives
• Research accounts, generate and follow through sales leads
• Assess customer’s needs and capacity for growth while building productive, long-lasting relationships
• Prospect for New Business Opportunities (NBO)
• Manage customer quotes and track through the entire sales cycle
• Understand and articulate company’s value proposition to potential customers
• Attending tradeshows, sales training and industry conferences to keep abreast of the latest developments

Account Executive Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years in Business Development sales preferably in a manufacturing environment with previous experience working the Marine or Agricultural markets.
• BA / BS degree or equivalent
• Will be traveling 25-50% for this position
• Self-motivated, driven, optimistic and a “team player”
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills
• Adept in both inside and outside sales environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Competent computer skills including CRM sales tools.
